Flat Shipping
Shipping Cost for Premium Gilded Wall Art or Ungilded Version is US$50. Expedited shipping takes 4 to 8 business days.
Flat Shipping can be used for anywhere in the world.
Flat shipping preserves the pristine condition of the gilding and the paper. Rest assure you will receive the artwork perfect as it comes out of my studio. It will come with a hardboard cover. But due to its size and weight, the cost is a bit high, unfortunately.
We strive to keep the shipping fee as low as possible.
If the shipping method you’ve selected during the purchase is incorrect or not applicable to the product, we will contact you again.
Any surplus of shipping cost will be refunded back to you.
During Holiday Season, shipping may take longer.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Because we are such a small operation, we CANNOT accommodate exchanges. We want everyone to be happy with the product, so please double-check the sizing charts to ensure that the size you’re ordering is suitable for you.
If the item arrived damaged, please take a picture of it showing clearly the damaged area as proof and we will send you a new one without any extra fee.
How can I pay?
You can pay with your Paypal account. Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your Credit Card via the Paypal page without the need to register nor pay an extra fee.
Where is my order?
If you’ve received an email saying your order is dispatched, then it’s on the way. If you think it’s taking a while to get to you, I’d urge you to be patient as international shipping can take a while to get through customs. If the package still hasn’t shown up after some times, please contact me again. Please allow 7 business days processing time for hand gilded artworks.
I saw a piece of design on your portfolio website but not listed in the Shop. Can I still purchase it?
